feat(resume): import Codex CLI sessions into /resume - #60

Sessions from the Codex CLI (~/.codex/sessions rollouts) now appear in /resume and --continue, and load as native Verboo sessions. Conversion maps user/assistant messages, tool_use/tool_result pairs, and compacted replacement_history; it is idempotent and never overwrites a session that was already continued here. Session titles come from ~/.codex/session_index.jsonl (thread_name), falling back to the first user prompt. Users without ~/.codex are unaffected (silent no-op).
