feat: add persistent /goal (0.15.35) - #66

Add /goal lifecycle controls, a session indicator, and goal context for future turns. Increase the package version to 0.15.35 and exercise the installed package in the PTY suite. Stabilize isolated UI tests by limiting default concurrency and support npm pack JSON shapes returned by current npm releases.
