Run compiled TypeScript views in native dev by default - #740

Conversation
- `native dev` now runs TypeScript apps on their compiled views and reloads `.native` edits in place: a Debug dev run builds with `-Dview-reload`, so the model, focus and retained widget state persist across edits. `-Dtypescript-view=false` still selects the native markup backend; mobile targets and non-Debug runs build without reload. - Docs: the TypeScript and Native UI pages describe reload as the dev default, and the automation page notes that provenance and write-back (`native automate provenance`/`edit`) run on the native markup backend, so a TypeScript app uses them with `native dev -Dtypescript-view=false`.
