For Medium, 3 hits seems like maybe overly lenient, especially for stronger beam options like Plasma+Wave?

I don't think we can drop the Morph requirement here? Obstacle E may be cleared without Morph.

I'm curious if there's a story motivating this? The sandfall makes it weird, so I can see it, but it doesn't actually seem difficult. It would be a noticeable movement of a trick out of Hard.

I don't think canShinechargeMovementTricky fits with flash suit strats?

Wasteland [4, 5] looked like Medium players were taking 2 hits.
[4, 6] looked like some cases ignored the 3 desgeegas, which may not be ok if your movement is slow.
Standing in the broken power bomb statue is sortof VH
Entering the morph tunnel from the right has a good chance to take damage until you practice it a lot.
