Adds the production Black Check participant interface, including wallet-owned Checks, live protocol progress, transaction previews, and the BLKCHK/ETH market snapshot.\n\nMarket data is pinned to the canonical Uniswap v4 pool and validates the BLKCHK base-token relationship before returning quotes. The interface includes explicit third-party-data and artwork-risk language.\n\nValidation: npm test
