This change redirects user support and feature requests to GitHub Discussions, replacing the issue templates with discussion categories and a reserved issue template. It also updates the contributing guidance and community docs to explain the new workflow, clarify pull request requirements, and refresh links and contributor expectations around maintainer-tracked work.
