Depends on what you want to achieve.

RDF's built-in data structures may not be sufficiently explicit given the requirements that a use case may have. See the Ontology Design Patterns Wiki for background on olo:OrderedList etc. However note that this is not the only alternative approach. The Collection Ontology is another one.
