Addresses the transferred test-suite request (was wazootech/workspace#25, now workspace-cli#4).
Adds coverage for the six acceptance areas against the ported CLI:
epoStatus\ MISSING/INVALID, unmanaged checkout detection under repos dir, \hasErrors\ aggregation, \defaultBranch\ missing origin/HEAD.
45 tests total (was 33). CI already runs \deno task ci\ which includes \deno test.
