Adds a security policy, from the shared template in
wv-people/cra.Under the EU Cyber Resilience Act a manufacturer must offer a documented, private
channel for vulnerability reports and state which versions receive security fixes.
This file is that statement for this repository.
The supported-versions table is derived from the released majors and the TYPO3
lifecycle published on get.typo3.org: a major counts as supported while the newest
TYPO3 version it supports is still under regular LTS maintenance. TYPO3 13 and 14
qualify today; 12 and below are ELTS or end of life. The support-end date is the LTS
end of the newest TYPO3 version this product supports.
