This PR will close Issues #1074 and #1186 by using the Card component in samples.
The only Card that wasn't replaced was the one in
CardView, a demo in the Element Composie - Interacting with slots section. That's because this section is specifically about the web awesome card component . To be more specific, I renamed that sample toWebAwesomeCardView
