webware-ci.jsonfrom.github/to the repository root, matching every other config file in this repo:mago.toml,phpunit.xml.dist,infection.json5.dist,codecov.yml,renovate.json,phpbench.json.dist, and the baseline files.Under
.github/it read as though GitHub consumes it. It does not — it is read only by the org CI adapter inwebinertia/.github.No values change. This is a move.
webinertia/.githubnow reads the root path first and still accepts.github/as a fallback, so nothing breaks during the transition.
