Brings the vendored mago.toml - the single source of the Mago version pin - to 1.50.0 with it, so the tooling container and CI resolve 1.50.0.

Moves
webware/webware-toolsto1.0.0-beta.3, the release carryingversion = "1.50.0"in thecentral
mago.toml.The vendored copy of that file is what the tooling container and CI read to derive the Mago
version, so this lock change is the whole fix — no Dockerfile, compose or workflow edit.
composer update webware/webware-toolsreported exactly one change:Verified after the update:
vendor/webware/webware-tools/mago.tomlreadsversion = "1.50.0"/php-version = "8.4.1", and hostmago --versionreports1.50.0.The existing constraint (
^1.0.0-beta.2) already admitsbeta.3, socomposer.jsonis unchangedand the diff is
composer.lockonly.
