IdentityMiddleware, AuthorizationMiddleware, ForbiddenHandler, RouteResource and NavigationMiddleware key the user on Webware\Core\UserInterface. DashboardMiddleware read Mezzio\Authentication\UserInterface, so it always saw a null user, AclWidgetFilterIterator failed closed, and /admin rendered no widgets. The unit and integration tests set the same wrong key, which is why they passed.

IdentityMiddleware, AuthorizationMiddleware and the rest of the stack key the user on Webware\Core\UserInterface. DashboardMiddleware read Mezzio\Authentication\UserInterface, so it always saw a null user, failed closed, and the dashboard rendered no widgets. Its tests set the same wrong key, so they passed.
