Moves the lock onto the new tooling releases.

  • webware/webware-tools 1.0.0-rc.3 - carries the Mago 1.55.0 pin.
  • chore: apply mago 1.55.0 formatting - the mechanical output of the 1.55.0 formatter across 3 file(s). The formatter drops redundant parentheses on instantiation-and-invoke expressions and normalizes whitespace inside parenthesized expressions, so there is no semantic change.

No constraint changes: the existing range already admitted the release.

Verified locally: mago format --check, lint, analyze and guard all exit 0 under Mago 1.55.0, and 27 unit tests pass.
