The webware/webware-tools constraint was pinned to a beta and never moved. A caret on a beta admits every later prerelease, so the lock resolved forward and Renovate saw nothing to change. The stale floor was invisible to both Renovate and CI.

Change

webware/webware-tools: ^1.0.0-beta.3 to ^1.0.0-rc.5.

The lock moves from 1.0.0-rc.2 to 1.0.0-rc.5.

The caret still admits 1.0.0 stable and later, so this raises the floor without capping the ceiling.

Verification

  • composer update webware/webware-tools resolves at 1.0.0-rc.5
  • mago format --check: clean
  • mago lint: clean
  • mago analyze: clean
  • mago guard: clean
  • test suite passes locally

Part of a fleet-wide sweep making the webware-tools floor honest across every repo that pins it.

The constraint was pinned to a beta and never moved, because the release
wave that followed updated only the lock. A caret on a beta admits every
later prerelease, so the lock resolved forward and Renovate saw nothing to
change, leaving the stale floor invisible.

Raising the floor to rc.5 matches traccio and webware-log and makes the
constraint honest. The caret still admits 1.0.0 stable and later.
