GTKX is React for GTK, so the library stays named for React Native, as many React libraries focused on React Native are. The opening says what it is first and adds the GTKX renderer after, without apologising for the name. Refs: #84 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Leslie: no rename. GTKX is in the React ecosystem, and plenty of React libraries focus on React Native, so the README just mentions the GTKX renderer. It now opens on the React Native renderer, as it did before #86, and adds a paragraph for GTKX in place of the note about the name.
