Add Execute method to EventToolCall to allow independent tool execution outside session flow. Includes documentation clarifying when this method is needed vs automatic execution by session.
Add detailed comments explaining ToolPolicyManual, ToolPolicyAutoApprove, and ToolPolicyExitAfter modes, including when to use each and how session behavior differs.
Verify that EventCompletionEnded is always delivered to consumer even when context is cancelled mid-generation.
- TestToolPolicy_ExitAfter_DoesNotExecuteTools verifies ExitAfter does not auto-execute - TestToolPolicy_AutoApprove_ExecutesTools verifies AutoApprove auto-executes tools - TestEventToolCall_Execute verifies standalone execution via Execute method
