💡 What: Moved the now state, interval timer, and remaining calculation out of App.tsx and into the nested ActiveFocus component.
🎯 Why: Previously, the 1-second timer updated state at the root App.tsx level, causing the entire extension sidebar (including inactive tabs) to re-render every second when a Rep was active.
📊 Impact: Eliminates forced application-wide 1-second re-renders, localizing the updates to only the Focus active view.
🔬 Measurement: Open DevTools in the webview, start a Focus Rep, and verify via the React Profiler that only the ActiveFocus tree is updating every second rather than the root App component.
