readme: split yeet install from running mongosnoop - #6

Match the omarchy-proctop quick start: curl + yeet login as its own step, a manual-install fallback beside it, then a separate block for running the tool, plus the second window that gives it traffic to watch. Also adds the interactive yeet login to the agent prompt and Requirements.

Applies the omarchy-proctop quick start shape to this README.
Quick start and Get started both mashed installing yeet together with running the tool in one block. Both are now three beats:
