The "build god image" job failed at go-task/setup-task@v2 with unable to get latest version, before any build step ran. The action's default 3.x constraint is resolved through the GitHub API, and that lookup failed.

Changes

• .github/workflows/god.yml: pin the setup-task step to an exact Task version. This should skip the API lookup.

Notes for review

• I have not confirmed that 3.45.4 is a published Task release, so please check it before merging.
• The change is untested; the workflow has not been run since the edit.
• god-node.yml, debian.yml, postgres.yml, mariadb.yml, caddy.yml and mysql.yml use the same unpinned step and can fail the same way. I left them out of this PR.
