Integrate repaired 120/120 TradingView validation

Summary

• integrate the five repaired Pine scripts and isolated TradingView evidence onto the latest main baseline
• update the public validation status to 120/120
• preserve the newer repository documentation and changelog
• add strategy case studies, portfolio-quality CI, an explicit license, and SECURITY.md

Validation

• source files and evidence are copied from PR Upgrade portfolio evidence and repair five Pine indicators #21 without overwriting the newer main history
• README and CHANGELOG are reconciled against the latest main
• the new pull request must pass its GitHub Actions checks before merge

Supersedes #21.
