Adds VOD Probe as an external plugin.

VOD Probe probes the real quality of each VOD movie and episode with ffprobe in a background task and writes it into the relation's custom_properties, so any tool reading Dispatcharr's API can use it. It can also backfill missing tmdb_id/imdb_id from the provider's detail endpoint. Dry run is on by default.
