new-htmlmarkdown render local image

I tried to add local pictures to markdown file, but it doesn't seem to be rendered through new-htmlmarkdown.

Local Markdown images are now embedded in the generated report by the change merged in #533. Image syntax inside code samples stays literal, and -EmbedImages $false keeps references instead when needed. The updated module has not been published yet.
