A locally installed private PSSharedGoods version could become the required dependency in a public PSWriteHTML package. For example, the Manifest pass selected 0.0.313.1 even though the public dependency is 0.0.313.
This selects PSGallery explicitly through the existing
New-ConfigurationModule -VersionSource PSGalleryoption and updates the module manifest for 1.43.0. The required dependency remains 0.0.313. The build script's existing minimum PSPublishModule version supports this option.Validation: the native Manifest route completes in PowerShell 7 and Windows PowerShell 5.1 and resolves 0.0.313 with the private 0.0.313.1 still installed. Both runs disable signing, publication, dependency installation, and module installation. The previously qualified HTML/JavaScript files are unchanged. The shared test-authoring links are included in AGENTS.md.
