…a guide has a counterpart here (#178) The web repo's #427 and #428 changed the catalog and the deploy validation, and nothing told whoever merged them to come here; the catalog is behind and drift issue #177 is open. CLAUDE.md now says the web repo leads, which files mirror it, and the three steps a web PR owes this repo in the same session. The web repo carries the matching rule in GeiserX/CashPilot#429.

PRs like #427 and #428 change the catalog, the deploy validation or a guide, and CashPilot-Desktop carries all three in its own code and its vendored copy of services/. Nothing here said so, and this week both fixes shipped on the web app alone: Desktop's catalog is missing the Storj caution, the Repocket key pattern, Noderr and Sia hostd, and its drift issue is open.
CLAUDE.md now has a section that names what Desktop mirrors, what each kind of change here requires over there, and that the follow-up happens in the same session with its link in the report. The PR template gets one checklist line for it. The Desktop repo gets the matching rule in its own CLAUDE.md.
