Update MEVD connectors docs

Updates the out-of-the-box Vector Store connector docs for the C# connectors (CommunityToolkit.VectorData).

Connector list changes

• Remove the Pinecone .NET connector (the .NET SDK was archived) and Neon from the C# tables. The Python entries are unchanged.
• Add a dedicated Chroma connector page and mark Chroma as supported (CommunityToolkit.VectorData.Chroma, preview). See Chroma: add the MEVD provider CommunityToolkit/AI#58
• Set ".NET Community Toolkit" as the vendor for the C# providers.
• Rename "Azure CosmosDB NoSQL" to "Azure CosmosDB" and "Azure CosmosDB MongoDB" to "Azure DocumentDB". File names are unchanged, so existing links keep working.
• Remove the preview warning from the stable C# connectors. Only Chroma and SQLite (SqliteVec) are still preview on nuget.org.

Accuracy fixes, validated against https://github.com/CommunityToolkit/AI/tree/main/MEVD/src

• Replace the legacy AnyTagEqualTo/EqualTo filter rows with LINQ expression support, noting provider-specific limits.
• Correct the supported key and data types, index kinds, distance functions and defaults.
• Correct the IsIndexed, IsFullTextIndexed and HybridSearch rows (Postgres, SQL Server, SQLite).
• Cosmos: PartitionKeyPropertyName is now PartitionKeyProperties, RecordKey is now DocumentId, and the partition key sample uses CosmosCollection<CosmosKey, Hotel>.
• DocumentDB: update the namespace and types (DocumentDBVectorStore, AddDocumentDBVectorStore).
• Fix samples that wouldn't compile or run: unsupported ulong keys, mismatched collection key types, a missing comma, an unsupported Weaviate index kind, Qdrant https defaults, and SQLite DDL.
• Remove duplicated DI snippets, and add short notes on DI overloads and IEmbeddingGenerator pickup.

Python and Java content is unchanged.
