The changes add GB300 performance-sanity workloads for DeepSeek-V4.1-Flash, GLM-5.3-Flash, Qwen3.8-Flash-Next, Kimi-K3, and MiniMax-M3. They update performance configurations, CI test lists, duration records, a model-path mapping, and Jenkins shard settings. The supplied change summaries describe configuration and test-infrastructure changes, not library or harness code changes.
The workloads include aggregated and disaggregated cases, plus generation-only lanes. The DeepSeek configurations set kv_cache_config.dtype to auto in three server configurations. The Qwen workload requires modeling_v2; the MiniMax concurrency-1 and concurrency-64 configurations select auto and off, respectively. Jenkins configures six GB300 single-node post-merge PerfSanity shards. Review-finding counts and test results remain unavailable from the evidence supplied here.
QA Engineer Review
The GB300 multi-GPU CI list adds DeepSeek, GLM, Qwen, and MiniMax cases. Multi-node lists add GLM disaggregated and Kimi generation-only cases. The Kimi entries cover concurrency 16 on a two-node worker and concurrency 32 on a four-node worker. The single-node GB300 post-merge PerfSanity stage is configured with six shards. Coverage verdict: needs follow-up; test execution results and validation of all selectors and shard assignments were not supplied.

Description
Adds DeepSeek-V4.1-Flash, GLM-5.3-Flash, Qwen3.8-Flash-Next, Kimi-K3 and MiniMax-M3 cases to the GB300 post-merge perf-sanity lists, and records how modeling_v2 compares with the built-in models for these five families. Every case passed on GB300 with CI's own wheel (see Test Coverage). Only perf configs, test lists, the model-path map, .test_durations and Jenkins shard counts change; no library or harness code.
DeepSeek-V4.1-Flash, base checkpoint (aggregated)
tests/scripts/perf-sanity/aggregated/deepseek_v41_flash_grace_blackwell.yaml came in with DeepSeek-V4.1-Flash support (#19727), but no test list ever named it, so CI has never run it. Its three cases join the GB300 4-GPU post-merge list next to the NVFP4 DSpark cases from #20680:
The yaml now writes out kv_cache_config.dtype: auto. That is the default, so the engine runs the same; without it, the harness records the case's KV dtype as fp8 in the perf DB.
GLM-5.3-Flash (aggregated and disaggregated)
Five cases on the shapes the GLM-5.3-Flash deployment guide and its perf PRs (#19136, #20251, #20389, #20390, #20454, #20755) measure, plus the two single-server lanes of the disaggregated case. They add to the existing glm53_flash_fp8_tp4_mtp3_8k1k case:
The high-concurrency frontier shape (#19136, #20755). FP8 KV runs sparse MLA natively under attention DP (#20454); same engine shape as the test_attention_dp_mtp_and_fp8_kv accuracy gate
Its gen worker alone, no context servers (TP4 / EP4, MTP3)
16 requests, 8k/1k
Its decode side on its own, gated on the gen worker's device step time
New model-path key glm_5.3_flash_nvfp4 → GLM-5.3-Flash-NVFP4.
The accepted draft length is pinned to 2.384 of 3, the value of the existing GLM case.
In the two multi-client cases the larger client runs first. Aggregated clients send no warmup request, and the first few requests a fresh server sees are slow. When con1 ran first, it measured a mean TTFT of 1,122 ms against a 254 ms median (long prompt) and 941 vs 138 ms (NVFP4). Run second, con1 measures 252 / 252 / 258 ms and 138 / 138 / 142 ms (mean / median / P99).
Qwen3.8-Flash-Next on modeling_v2 (aggregated, 1 GPU)
Perf sanity now runs Qwen3.8-Flash-Next on modeling_v2 by default, with the Qwen3.8-Flash-Next modeling_v2 recipe:
enable_block_reuse: true is kept from the recipe. Main disables reuse for this hybrid model until kv_cache_config.mamba_state_config sets a snapshot policy, so it has no effect yet.
Acceptance is not pinned, so d_al tracks MTP acceptance.
The B200 case (qwen3_8_flash_next_fp4_blackwell.yaml) stays on the built-in model: the modeling_v2 target serves only sm_103 (GB300 / B300), so require would fail on B200.
Kimi-K3 and MiniMax-M3 at a fixed long context (gen_only_no_context, ctx_only)
The Kimi-K3 and MiniMax-M3 GB300 optimization studies score AgentX deployments end to end, which perf sanity no longer runs (#20985). Both also measure their decode on its own, at a fixed long context: K3 as the gen-only step time at a balanced ISL of 163,840, and M3 as a TP4 gen-only sweep from batch 1 to 64 at 140K–175K context. These lanes take that measurement on random tokens, on the reference gen worker of each, with no context servers (gen_only_no_context, gated on the gen worker's device step time):
MiniMax-M3 NVFP4 + EAGLE3-GQA (draft 3, acceptance forced to 1.78): TP4 on 1 node, MSA sparse attention with an FP8 indexer, NVFP4 KV on KV cache manager v2, TRTLLM MoE, batch up to 64
The study's TP2 ctx worker (MSA, 16,384-token chunks, piecewise CUDA graphs)
153,600-token prompts, con1 × 5
K3: the gen workers and the env are copied unchanged from main's gb300_kimi-k3-fp4-dspark_agentx_con138_..._helix8_bs16_dspark5 and ..._con88_..._helix16_bs32_dspark6 yamls (helix16 bs32 is the gen worker of the K3 study's c88 formal point). Only the workload changes; the AgentX client env, conversation router and chat-history proxy options are left out.
M3: the gen worker is the study's base2 configuration. The shape its sweep passes on the command line (TP4, batch 64, 512 tokens) is written into the yaml, max_tokens_in_buffer (retired at PP 1) is dropped, and three env vars main does not read are left out. con1 and con64 are the two ends of the study's TP4 sweep, on the same gen worker; con128 is a point of its DEP8 sweep (base2 gen-dep8). The ctx_only lane runs the study's TP2 ctx worker on fixed 153,600-token prompts, the fixed-shape counterpart of its prefill measurement (16K-token chunks at 144K / 336K cached tokens).
The ctx sections are those of the reference deployments; gen_only_no_context does not start them, and only the M3 ctx_only lane runs one. On the M3 ctx worker, block reuse and its 180 GiB host tier (the study's AgentX prefix reuse) are off: the random prompts share no prefix, and with reuse on, the first measured ctx_only request reused the warmup request's prompt, so one prefill in five was skipped.
In the validation runs every lane decoded all of its requests in one batch: the steady iterations held 16 × 6 (K3 helix8), 32 × 7 (K3 helix16), 64 × 4 (M3 con64) and 16 × 4 per rank (M3 DEP8) generation tokens, the bucket the gate expects.
modeling_v1 vs modeling_v2
Of these five families, only Qwen3.8-Flash-Next has a modeling_v2 route on main (@routes exists for DeepseekV3ForCausalLM, GlmMoeDsaForCausalLM, GptOssForCausalLM and Qwen4ExpForConditionalGeneration). On one GB300, with CI's wheel:
Qwen3.8 8k/1k, 1 GB300
con1 output tok/s
con1 median TTFT
con1 mean TPOT
con256
modeling_v2, the recipe (this case)
445

2.12 ms

modeling_v2 without breakable prefill graphs
368

5,640 output tok/s, 2,560 / 2,560 requests
built-in (modeling_v2: 'off') without breakable prefill graphs
337
174 ms
2.53 ms
2,434 of 2,560 requests fail: CUDA out of memory
The built-in model rejects the recipe itself (breakable prefill CUDA graph does not support multimodal models), so it is compared without that option.
Without breakable prefill graphs, the first request on each server is a cold start (con1 P99 TTFT 2.7 s built-in, 4.3 s modeling_v2). That is what lowers con1 throughput; the breakable graphs remove it.
The built-in model's con256 client runs out of memory in the per-layer-embedding short conv (a 32 GiB allocation at the recipe's KV fraction of 0.6).
The case therefore stays on modeling_v2: require.
DeepSeek-V4.1-Flash (DeepseekV41ForCausalLM), GLM-5.3-Flash (Glm5NextForConditionalGeneration), Kimi-K3 (KimiK3ForConditionalGeneration) and MiniMax-M3 (MiniMaxM3SparseForConditionalGeneration) have no modeling_v2 route on main, so their cases run the built-in models. The open modeling_v2 work for them:
MiniMax-M3 was also measured with #20306's CI wheel (L0_MergeRequest_PR 66456, its head eea8a02), on the new M3 lanes' gen worker. Device step time, mean / median, as the gate computes it:
#20306 also gives modeling_v2 a new default that turns its targets on only for workers that trtllm-serve knows are generation workers (--server_role). Perf sanity starts its workers without one, so that default would not reach these lanes, and each M3 lane chooses explicitly from the numbers above:
con1, where the target is 1.7x faster per step, sets modeling_v2: auto. Main has no MiniMax-M3 route, so it runs the built-in model today, at the same step time as with the option unset (10.38 / 10.30 ms); it runs the target once that is on main.
con64, where the target is about 4% slower, pins modeling_v2: 'off'.
TIMEOUTs, durations and shards
TIMEOUT follows the README rule (slowest passing run + 25%, at least +15 min, rounded up to 5, floor 30). The DSv4.1, GLM FP8, GLM disaggregated-config and K3 entries took 7–15 min of pytest and get 30; GLM NVFP4 long prompt (16.1 min), M3 DEP8 (15.2 min), Qwen3.8 (16.9 min) and M3 con1 (19.8 min) get 35; M3 ctx_only (17.7 and 24.0 in two runs min) gets 40 and M3 con64 (29.3 min) gets 45. The M3 lanes spend nearly all of that starting the gen worker (model load, autotuning and 64 CUDA graph sizes); their clients run for seconds.
.test_durations is seeded with the measured pytest times.
GB300-4_GPUs-PyTorch-PerfSanity-Post-Merge goes from 4 to 6 shards. With the thirteen new cases it holds 30 tests (586 min): 5 shards would run ~118 min each, 6 about 100 min.
GB300-8_GPUs-2_Nodes-PyTorch-Disagg-PerfSanity-CTX1-NODE1-GPU4-GEN1-NODE1-GPU4-Post-Merge goes from 1 to 2 shards, GB300-8_GPUs-2_Nodes-PyTorch-PerfSanity-GEN1-NODE2-GPU8-Post-Merge from 4 to 6 and GB300-16_GPUs-4_Nodes-PyTorch-PerfSanity-GEN1-NODE4-GPU16-Post-Merge from 1 to 2 (one test per shard, as submit.py requires).
Cost per post-merge run: about +174 min of pytest on single 4-GPU nodes (~11.6 GPU-hours) plus two more shards' setup, about +36 min on the 2-node stages (~4.8 GPU-hours) plus three more shards' setup, and about +15 min on the 4-node stage (~3.9 GPU-hours) plus one more shard's setup.

DSv4.1 DSpark is not faster than plain decode at con8 (674 vs 831 output tok/s), even though the forced acceptance is applied: DSpark verifies through SpecWorkerBase.sample_and_accept_draft_tokens, which applies TLLM_SPEC_DECODE_FORCE_NUM_ACCEPTED_TOKENS. The case tracks DSpark as it is.
Every new engine config validates against tensorrt_llm/schemas/trtllm-serve-config.schema.json (a misspelled control is rejected).
CPU tests, on this tree and on main's tree as a control: test_disagg_e2e_configs.py (258 passed, six more than main: the new disagg yamls), test_perf_submit.py (97), test_test_to_stage_mapping.py, test_infra_dry_run_pipeline.py and the CBTS tests pass; scripts/check_test_list.py --validate validates 2,047 entries (17 more than main). The remaining local failures are identical on main's tree (missing local modules).
The Qwen3.8 run used CI's single-node launch: one task with the Slurm/MPI environment cleared, as jenkins/scripts/slurm_run.sh does, so the server spawns its own worker.
In CI the new single-node cases land in GB300-4_GPUs-PyTorch-PerfSanity-Post-Merge-2 to -6, the disaggregated GLM case in GB300-8_GPUs-2_Nodes-PyTorch-Disagg-PerfSanity-CTX1-NODE1-GPU4-GEN1-NODE1-GPU4-Post-Merge-2, M3 DEP8 and K3 helix8 in GB300-8_GPUs-2_Nodes-PyTorch-PerfSanity-GEN1-NODE2-GPU8-Post-Merge-3 and -5, and K3 helix16 in GB300-16_GPUs-4_Nodes-PyTorch-PerfSanity-GEN1-NODE4-GPU16-Post-Merge-1.

tests/scripts/perf-sanity/aggregated/deepseek_v41_flash_grace_blackwell.yaml
came in with DeepSeek-V4.1-Flash support (NVIDIA#19727) but no test list ever
named it, so CI never ran it. Add its three server configs (TEP4 con8,
DEP4 con128, TEP4 + embedded DSpark con8; all 8k/1k on one 4xGB300 tray)
to the GB300 4-GPU post-merge perf-sanity list.
- l0_gb300_multi_gpus_perf_sanity.yml: the three cases, TIMEOUT from the
validation runs (slowest + 25%, at least +15 min, rounded up to 5,
floor 30).
- .test_durations: seed the three cases with their measured pytest time
so the post-merge shards stay balanced.
- deepseek_v41_flash_grace_blackwell.yaml: write kv_cache_config.dtype
as auto, its default; the harness records a missing dtype as fp8 in
the perf DB.

Walkthrough
The change adds GB300 aggregated and disaggregated performance sanity configurations for DeepSeek V4.1 Flash, GLM-5.3 Flash, Qwen3.8 Flash Next, Kimi-K3, and MiniMax-M3. It registers tests, records durations, adds a GLM NVFP4 checkpoint mapping, and changes Jenkins shard counts.
Adds or updates aggregated configurations for DeepSeek V4.1 Flash, GLM-5.3 Flash FP8 and NVFP4, and Qwen3.8 Flash Next NVFP4. The DeepSeek configurations set kv_cache_config.dtype to auto.
Qwen performance results may be mislabeled as using block reuse. This is a bounded reporting issue; the PR is mergeable with owner awareness and a follow-up correction.

…ty cases
Four GLM-5.3-Flash cases for the GB300 post-merge perf-sanity lists, on the
shapes the GLM-5.3-Flash deployment guide and perf PRs measure:
- FP8, attention DP4 / EP4 + MTP3 + FP8 KV, 8k/1k at concurrency 256
(64 per rank): the high-concurrency frontier shape.
- FP8, TP4 / EP4 + MTP3, ISL 13312 / OSL 33 at concurrency 8 and 1: the
long-prompt, short-answer workload the prefill optimizations target.
- NVFP4 checkpoint, TP4 / EP4 + MTP3, FP8 KV, TRTLLM MoE, 8k/1k at
concurrency 16 and 1 (new model-path key glm_5.3_flash_nvfp4).
- FP8 disaggregated E2E, 1 ctx + 1 gen worker, each TP4 / EP4, MTP3, Python
NIXL transceiver, 8k/1k at concurrency 16 (the guide's disaggregated
recipe), in the existing GB300 CTX1-GPU4 / GEN1-GPU4 stage, whose split
count goes from 1 to 2.
In the two multi-client cases the larger client runs first: aggregated
clients send no warmup request, and the first requests a fresh server sees
are slow, which would otherwise dominate the short concurrency-1 window.
TIMEOUT follows the README rule from the validation runs (8-10 min of pytest
each, so 30), and .test_durations is seeded with those pytest times. The GB300
4-GPU post-merge stage goes from 4 to 5 shards so that no shard holds more
than six tests (longest shard ~96 min).

prefill is not fast yet (NVIDIA#20276), about 6.6 s per 8k prompt, so the
concurrency-256 client would not finish in a stage. Switch to `nvfp4` once
the NVFP4 KV fast path (NVIDIA#20937) is on main.
TIMEOUT 35 from the validation run (1,011 s of pytest), and .test_durations
is seeded with it.

…anity cases
Track Kimi-K3 and MiniMax-M3 decode at a fixed long context with
gen_only_no_context lanes: random tokens, no context servers, gated on the
gen worker's device step time.
- Kimi-K3 NVFP4 + DSpark: the helix8 bs16 dspark5 gen worker of the
existing AgentX con138 recipe, unchanged, decoding 16 requests of 163840
input / 1024 output tokens on 2 GB300 nodes.
- MiniMax-M3 NVFP4 + EAGLE3-GQA: the base2 TP4 gen worker of the MiniMax-M3
ctx-only / gen-only study at 153600 input / 1024 output tokens, at
concurrency 1 and 64 on 1 GB300 node.
TIMEOUTs come from the validation runs (742, 1187 and 1759 s of pytest),
and .test_durations is seeded with them. GB300-4 post-merge goes from 5 to
6 shards and the GB300 GEN1-NODE2-GPU8 stage from 4 to 5.

…M-5.3-Flash disagg case
Run the new GLM-5.3-Flash FP8 disaggregated config's workers on their own
too, as other disaggregated configs are: the ctx worker alone (ctx_only,
8k prompts at concurrency 16) and the gen worker alone with no context
servers (gen_only_no_context, 16 requests of 8k/1k). Both are one TP4 / EP4
worker on 4 GPUs and join the GB300 4-GPU post-merge list.
TIMEOUT 30 for both from the validation runs (419 and 433 s of pytest), and
.test_durations is seeded with them.

Measured on GB300 with NVIDIA#20306's CI wheel (its MiniMax-M3 TP4 modeling_v2
target) against the built-in model in the same wheel, the gen worker's
median device step time per decode iteration was 6.07 vs 10.44 ms at
concurrency 1 and 47.48 vs 45.56 ms at concurrency 64.
So the con1 lane sets `modeling_v2: auto`, and the con64 lane pins `off`.
Main has no MiniMax-M3 route, so `auto` runs the built-in model today (same
step time as with the option unset) and the lane picks the target up once it
is on main.

- GLM-5.3-Flash NVFP4 at ISL 13312 / OSL 33, concurrency 8 then 1: the

TP4 / EP4, MTP3, FP8 KV, TRTLLM MoE, TRTLLM_LOW_M_GEMM_BACKEND=auto.
- Kimi-K3 gen_only_no_context on the helix16 bs32 dspark6 gen worker of
main's con88 recipe, unchanged: 32 requests of 163840 input / 1024 output
tokens on 4 GB300 nodes.
- MiniMax-M3 gen_only_no_context on the study's base2 DEP8 gen worker
(attention DP over 2 nodes): 128 requests of 153600 / 1024 tokens; and
ctx_only on its TP2 ctx worker with 153600-token prompts.
- The MiniMax-M3 ctx workers no longer reuse blocks. The random prompts

GPU cost of the new perf-sanity tests in this PR, by model, GPU type and modeling implementation: the 17 tests add about 20.3 GB300 GPU-hours per post-merge run, plus about 3.2 GPU-hours of setup for the six added shards.
All new tests run on GB300 and only in post-merge stages. GPU-hours = the test's pytest time in its validation run (CI's own wheel, GenPostMergeBuilds 3244; the values seeded in .test_durations) × the GPUs its stage allocates. GB300 stages allocate whole 4-GPU trays, so the 1-GPU Qwen3.8 test and the 2-GPU MiniMax-M3 ctx_only test are counted at 4 GPUs. The TIMEOUT column is the worst case if a test runs to its TIMEOUT.

Why modeling v1: main has no modeling_v2 route for DeepseekV41ForCausalLM; the configs leave modeling_v2 unset.
Why modeling v1: main has no modeling_v2 route for MiniMaxM3SparseForConditionalGeneration. The gen-only con1 lane sets modeling_v2: auto on its gen worker and logs no target fits ... using the built-in implementation on main; it will run #20306's modeling_v2 target once that merges. The gen-only con64 lane pins 'off'; the DEP8 lane and the ctx_only lane (the con1 config's ctx worker) leave modeling_v2 unset.
The six added shards (GB300-4 post-merge 4 → 6, the CTX1/GEN1 disaggregated stage 1 → 2, GEN1-NODE2-GPU8 4 → 6, GEN1-NODE4-GPU16 1 → 2) also each pay one stage setup outside pytest. In the validation runs that was about 4 min from job start to pytest start, about 3.2 GPU-hours in total; CI's own setup time per shard may differ.

The 17 added tests contribute approximately 20.33 GB300 GPU-hours, based on the validation durations recorded in .test_durations and the GPUs allocated to each stage. This counts whole 4-GPU trays even when a test uses only one or two GPUs. The six additional post-merge shards add an estimated ~3–9 GPU-hours of setup/cleanup overhead.
For scale, main post-merge build #3038 recorded approximately 424.7 GB300 GPU-hours, so the estimated increase is ~5.7–7.1%. The Jenkins changes adjust post-merge shard counts; the pre-merge test lists and shard counts are unchanged.
These are estimates, not measurements of a complete post-change CI pipeline.

Dev Engineer Review
The changes add GB300 performance-sanity workloads for DeepSeek-V4.1-Flash, GLM-5.3-Flash, Qwen3.8-Flash-Next, Kimi-K3, and MiniMax-M3. They update performance configurations, CI test lists, duration records, a model-path mapping, and Jenkins shard settings. The supplied change summaries describe configuration and test-infrastructure changes, not library or harness code changes.
The workloads include aggregated and disaggregated cases, plus generation-only lanes. The DeepSeek configurations set
kv_cache_config.dtypetoautoin three server configurations. The Qwen workload requiresmodeling_v2; the MiniMax concurrency-1 and concurrency-64 configurations selectautoandoff, respectively. Jenkins configures six GB300 single-node post-merge PerfSanity shards. Review-finding counts and test results remain unavailable from the evidence supplied here.QA Engineer Review

Perf sanity now runs Qwen3.8-Flash-Next on modeling_v2 by default, with the Qwen3.8-Flash-Next modeling_v2 recipe:
test_e2e[...])aggr_upload-gb300_qwen3_8_flash_next_fp4_grace_blackwell-qwen3_8_flash_next_fp4_mv2_tp1_mtp3_8k1kmodeling_v2: require(theqwen3_8_flash_next_nvfp4__sm_103__tp1target), TP1, MTP3, TRTLLM MoE, bf16 recurrent state, breakable prefill CUDA graphsl0_gb300list already does.auto(bf16) for now. NVFP4 KV works on main, but its prefill is not fast yet ([TRTLLM-17033][feat] Qwen3.8-Flash-Next modeling_v2: CUTEDSL, MTP 1..7, video, FP8/NVFP4 KV, bf16 state, canonical QSA selection, breakable prefill graph, GB300 fast paths #20276: the sparse GQA kernels spill registers at head_dim 256). Withdtype: nvfp4, every 8k prompt took ~6.6 s to prefill on GB300 (con1 TTFT 6.59 s; withauto, 129 ms), so the con256 client would need ~4 h. Switch tonvfp4once the NVFP4 KV fast path ([TRTLLM-16460][perf] Qwen3.8-Flash-Next NVFP4 modeling_v2 target: GB300 Pareto optimizations for ISL 8K / OSL 1K #20937) is on main.enable_block_reuse: trueis kept from the recipe. These lanes take that measurement on random tokens, on the reference gen worker of each, with no context servers (
gen_only_no_context, gated on the gen worker's device step time):test_e2e[...])aggr_upload-gen_only_no_context-gb300_kimi-k3-fp4-dspark_160k1k_con16_ctx16_dwdp16_gen1_helix8_bs16_dspark5_ccb-NIXLaggr_upload-gen_only_no_context-gb300_minimax-m3-fp4_150k1k_con1_ctx1_tp2_gen1_tp4_eplb0_eagle3_ccb-NIXLaggr_upload-gen_only_no_context-gb300_minimax-m3-fp4_150k1k_con64_ctx1_tp2_gen1_tp4_eplb0_eagle3_ccb-NIXLaggr_upload-gen_only_no_context-gb300_kimi-k3-fp4-dspark_160k1k_con32_ctx16_dwdp16_gen1_helix16_bs32_dspark6_ccb-NIXLaggr_upload-gen_only_no_context-gb300_minimax-m3-fp4_150k1k_con128_ctx1_tp2_gen1_dep8_eplb0_eagle3_ccb-NIXLaggr_upload-ctx_only-gb300_minimax-m3-fp4_150k1k_con1_ctx1_tp2_gen1_tp4_eplb0_eagle3_ccb-NIXLgb300_kimi-k3-fp4-dspark_agentx_con138_..._helix8_bs16_dspark5and..._con88_..._helix16_bs32_dspark6yamls (helix16 bs32 is the gen worker of the K3 study's c88 formal point). Only the workload changes; the AgentX client env, conversation router and chat-history proxy options are left out.max_tokens_in_buffer(retired at PP 1) is dropped, and three env vars main does not read are left out. con1 and con64 are the two ends of the study's TP4 sweep, on the same gen worker; con128 is a point of its DEP8 sweep (base2gen-dep8). The ctx_only lane runs the study's TP2 ctx worker on fixed 153,600-token prompts, the fixed-shape counterpart of its prefill measurement (16K-token chunks at 144K / 336K cached tokens).gen_only_no_contextdoes not start them, and only the M3 ctx_only lane runs one. On the M3 ctx worker, block reuse and its 180 GiB host tier (the study's AgentX prefix reuse) are off: the random prompts share no prefix, and with reuse on, the first measured ctx_only request reused the warmup request's prompt, so one prefill in five was skipped.modeling_v1 vs modeling_v2
Of these five families, only Qwen3.8-Flash-Next has a modeling_v2 route on main (
@routesexists forDeepseekV3ForCausalLM,GlmMoeDsaForCausalLM,GptOssForCausalLMandQwen4ExpForConditionalGeneration). On one GB300, with CI's wheel:modeling_v2: 'off') without breakable prefill graphsbreakable prefill CUDA graph does not support multimodal models), so it is compared without that option.modeling_v2: require.DeepSeek-V4.1-Flash (
DeepseekV41ForCausalLM), GLM-5.3-Flash (Glm5NextForConditionalGeneration), Kimi-K3 (KimiK3ForConditionalGeneration) and MiniMax-M3 (MiniMaxM3SparseForConditionalGeneration) have no modeling_v2 route on main, so their cases run the built-in models. The open modeling_v2 work for them:MiniMax-M3 was also measured with #20306's CI wheel (
L0_MergeRequest_PR66456, its head eea8a02), on the new M3 lanes' gen worker. Device step time, mean / median, as the gate computes it:#20306 also gives
modeling_v2a new default that turns its targets on only for workers thattrtllm-serveknows are generation workers (--server_role). Perf sanity starts its workers without one, so that default would not reach these lanes, and each M3 lane chooses explicitly from the numbers above:modeling_v2: auto. Main has no MiniMax-M3 route, so it runs the built-in model today, at the same step time as with the option unset (10.38 / 10.30 ms); it runs the target once that is on main.modeling_v2: 'off'.TIMEOUTs, durations and shards
