src/confluence_md.egg-info/ (a setuptools build artifact from a local pip install .) was committed by accident in the packaging PR. Removes it from the repo and adds *.egg-info/, dist/ and build/ to .gitignore so packaging artifacts can never be committed again. The files contain only generated metadata — no secrets.
