…Navigation` Any list of `Item` rows can now move focus between its `ItemLink`s with the arrow keys. The virtualized-row retry finds the Virtuoso scroller instead of the first non-visible overflow ancestor, so the hook can sit on any container around the list.
As in the sidebar room list, Tab leaves the list instead of walking every row, the left and right arrows move between a row's `ItemLink` and its `ItemActions`, and coming back by keyboard returns to the row focused last. The room members list gets it through `useItemListNavigation`.
The files list is one tab stop, like the room members list: the up and down arrows move between files and the left and right arrows reach each file's menu.
