Summary

add a secondary Open Kith first action to first-run onboarding
preserve the guided real-person flow as the primary action
verify the skip creates no person
make the test script select iPhone 17 Pro devices by type rather than custom name
bump the native build to 1.0.0 (7)

Verification

ios/scripts/check.sh (20 tests and Release build)
