Documents the new Text Display form field type.

• dashboard/forms.md: Content setting, type table row, a Text Display section, and forms without questions.
• dashboard/ticket-panels.md: where form answers appear.
• dashboard/settings/exit-survey.md: survey forms with only Text Display fields.
• integrations/building-integrations.md: form_data excludes Text Display fields.
• setup/onboarding.md: type list.
