RM-287: Add Text Display

Description

Adds Text Display (type 10) form fields.

• Text Displays are sent as top-level modal components, because Discord doesn't allow them inside a Label.
• They never produce an answer. A form with only Text Displays still opens, the ticket opens on submit, and no form-answers embed is added. The welcome message code is unchanged.
• An answer is now only recorded when the submitted component type matches the stored field type.
• Exit survey: if no answers were recorded, the archive message isn't updated with a View Exit Survey button.
• View Exit Survey shows "Unknown Question" when a question's label is empty.

Testing

Make a form with only a Text Display, and open a ticket with it, not form output should show in the ticket as no inputs are added
Add another type to the form, and open a new ticket (and add something to the input), you should see the output for that that 1 input type
