feat(nats): resolve NATS credentials from the environment so secrets stay out of walgit.toml - #30
Medium Risk
New authentication and TLS connection logic handles secrets and must match nats CLI semantics; risk is mitigated by redaction, explicit refusal of unsupported env vars, and broad integration tests.
Overview
Adds NatsEnv and walgit_nats::connect so walgit nats dials JetStream using the same NATS_* rules as the official nats CLI: NATS_URL overrides [events.nats] urls, identity follows the CLI precedence (user/password, creds file, nkey seed file, JWT/seed, bearer JWT), URL-embedded credentials are stripped before dial, and TLS via NATS_CERT/NATS_KEY/NATS_CA. NATS_CONTEXT and NATS_SOCKS_PROXY error if set; secrets are wrapped in Secret and redacted in logs, errors, and Debug.
Ships a testing feature with an ephemeral nats-server -js helper plus unit and integration tests (token, user/pass, nkey, URL auth, TLS) against a real server. walgit.example.toml comments document the env-based auth model.

Walkthrough
The change adds NATS environment-variable parsing for server URLs, authentication, and TLS. It adds connection setup, a local NATS test-server helper, integration tests, and updated configuration comments.

NATS environment configuration and connection

Summary
Environment parsing and connection options Cargo.toml, crates/walgit-nats/Cargo.toml, crates/walgit-nats/src/env.rs
The crate adds environment settings for URLs, authentication, and TLS, including file-backed values and NKey seeds. It applies authentication precedence and builds async NATS connection options. Unit tests cover parsing, paths, TLS, unsupported settings, and secret redaction.
NATS test server support crates/walgit-nats/Cargo.toml, crates/walgit-nats/src/testing.rs
The feature-gated helper starts a local JetStream server with a temporary store. It waits for readiness and supports stop, restart, and cleanup.
Connection setup and integration coverage crates/walgit-nats/src/lib.rs, crates/walgit-nats/tests/env.rs, walgit.example.toml
connect selects environment URLs when present, otherwise configured URLs, and connects with the resolved options. Integration tests cover URL selection, authentication behavior, and TLS. The example configuration comments describe the environment variables and precedence.

Add walgit-nats to the CI test run and provision nats-server in CI.
just test never runs crates/walgit-nats/tests/env.rs. The test recipe builds and runs --lib --bins, which excludes the tests/ directory. Its integration tests come only from fast_pkgs and server_fast, and neither lists walgit-nats. CI runs just test but does not install nats-server. The harness returns early and prints a skip message when nats-server is not on PATH, so the new URL-credential and TLS assertions would pass without running if the package were simply added to test.
Add the package to the selection and install nats-server in the build-test job:
The CI job also needs a step that installs nats-server before just test.
