Summary

Document an optional task-based workflow for investigations, complex fixes and cross-session handoffs. Add TASK, LOG and REVIEW templates that separate the agreed objective, execution evidence and independent review tied to an exact revision or working-tree snapshot.

Keep current task authorization consistent when phases change, retain failed attempts and corrections, and distinguish local verification from PR checks, post-merge behavior and remote configuration. Small edits do not require these records; the workflow does not grant permissions or automatically launch agents. Link the guide from the development reference.

This is documentation only: no bot, CI automation, production dependency or library behavior changes. Machine-specific scratch paths and actual task logs are not included.
