README refresh so newcomers see what INTERPLANE is and where it stands today.

What changed

  • Root README: Aienix pointer, interplane.io link, and a dated status line (2026-10-18: version 0.3.0, 0.2 gate failed and published, 0.3 gate passed, 0.4 and 0.5 planned; last merge 2026-10-16 moved conformance tools and examples to Rust, removed Python, enrolled the Spark pipeline). Lenshift dialect list now matches the code (openai, openai_stream, qwen35, aien_legacy; ajax reserved).
  • bench/README.md: the removed Python tools (tools/validate.py, sim_backends.py, stats.py) were still listed as present and "run in CI"; now marked removed. "Nothing here has been run on the held-out set" and "future work, no results" were stale: the 0.2x campaign ran on 2026-10-05 and qualified FAIL (STATUS.md, docs/REPORT-0.2x.md). Run sections labelled historical.
  • rust/README.md: heading said 0.1; workspace is 0.3.0. Added the interplane-corpus tool and the optional jsonschema dependency; noted Rust is now the only implementation.
  • adapters/aien/README.md: sibling pins named the old aien-spark org (PINS and Cargo.toml already use aien-dev). The Mojo build note now says it applies to the pinned aegis-runtime commit; aegis-runtime main dropped Mojo on 2026-10-15.
  • provenance/README.md: marked aien-spark/waldo as archived.

Supersedes the README parts of PR #111 (docs/readme-refresh-2026-10-18),
rebased in content on main 12b59dc. What was stale and how it was checked:

- Root README: said "CI runs it (job rust)" and "CI fails if a Python file
is tracked", but the hosted test workflows were removed on 2026-10-18
(#112, #113); every check is now a Spark gate in tests/gates/. Added what
the repo is, where it fits in AIEN (Aienix attachment, links to the
aien-dev/*-mv siblings and aien-receipts), a dated status, a build and
test section with the seven gates, where the evidence lives, and a
SECURITY.md pointer. Lenshift dialect list now matches dialects/fixtures
  (openai, openai_stream, qwen35, aien_legacy). Layout gains tests/gates,
  .aien, PIPELINE.md, CHANGELOG.md.
- rust/README: title said 0.1 (workspace is 0.3.0); dialect list was short;
"cargo run -p interplane-conformance -- ..." fails because the crate has
two binaries (ran it: "could not determine which binary to run"); now
uses --bin and lists interplane-corpus and the examples.
- conformance/README: spoke of two runners and "CI compares"; now one Rust
runner and the INTERPLANE-RUST gate; dialect fixture path covers all four
  dialects and replay/.
- adapters/aien/README: aien-spark repository names replaced with
aien-dev/*-mv; hosted job adapter-aien replaced by the Spark gate; Mojo
note (pinned aegis f4e8709 still has the mojo build.rs; aegis main
removed Mojo in its PR #49 on 2026-10-15, checked in a clone).
- bench/README: removed Python tools no longer described as present; the
0.2x campaign is no longer called "not run" (it ran 2026-10-05, FAIL).
- provenance/README: aien-spark/waldo marked archived (gh api: archived).

Checked by running on the Spark (clone of main 12b59dc): both offline
examples (exit 0), the conformance runner (106 of 106, cmp equal to
conformance/expected/verdicts.json), interplane-corpus schemas and
validate (PASS, 56 dialect fixtures), cargo test --all (exit 0),
tests/gates/run.sh no-python, the five provenance fixture verdicts, and
every relative link in every README.
