FatalProgramException keeps its message but never overrides Exception::message(), so every reader gets an empty string.

  • The base log(), to_str() (the error box) and the fatal-error notification all printed "FatalProgramException" with no message.
  • Adds the one-line message() override, as OperationFailedException has.

Testing

  • Built on macOS. On the lab Switch, BDSP AutoStory's start-save check stopped with a FatalProgramException: its log line was empty before and now shows the reason.

It kept the message but never overrode Exception::message(), so readers
got an empty string: the fatal-error notification and logs that print
name() + ": " + message() showed "FatalProgramException: " alone.
