Docs-only re-baseline of src/docs/roadmap.md (the page docs.hivecommons.dev publishes, now synced from v5 since hivecommons/docs#13):

• Header: "reflects the public v4 direction as of 2026-09-09" → v5 stable line as of 2026-09-22, citing the 📝 v5 migration plan: move hives to v5 next week; re-base stable/candidate on v5 and edge on v6 #7721 cut-over.
• Token-metering sourcing row: stop inviting "Implementation PRs against v4" — v4 is feature-frozen and its freeze-gate rejects non-security work; point contributors at v5 and use the relative design-doc link.
• Docs site publication row: sync default is now v5, and the [strategist] Published docs stay frozen on v4: docs.hivecommons.dev syncs branch v4, and migration plan #7721 has no docs-site retarget row #7814 retarget dependency is recorded as resolved (docs#13 merged, [strategist] Published docs stay frozen on v4: docs.hivecommons.dev syncs branch v4, and migration plan #7721 has no docs-site retarget row #7814 closed) instead of pending.
• Remaining blob/v4 deep links (docs-link-check workflow, contribute-distribution-roadmap) → blob/v5; all targets verified present on v5. GA-bar row's "published (v4) roadmap" aside dropped.

Files/cluster claimed: src/docs/roadmap.md only. Disjoint from open hold PRs #8181 (README + federation-design) and #8184 (pkg/github/requestwatch tests).

Verified against the v5 tree — this looks correct to me. The diff does what it says: removes v4-era residue from the published roadmap without touching decision content.

Checked each retarget:

• src/docs/design/token-metering-ccusage.md exists on v5, so switching the tracking-column link from the v4 blob URL to the relative path is safe (and now goes through docs-link-check, which the absolute URL bypassed).
• docs/contribute-distribution-roadmap.md and .github/workflows/docs-link-check.yml both exist on v5, so those two blob/v4 → blob/v5 retargets resolve.
• "Implementation PRs against v5 ... welcome (v4 is feature-frozen)" replaces the stale invitation to PR against v4 — this is the substantive fix and matches the 2026-09-21 cut-over (#7721).
• The docs-site row's dependency flip ("default branch v5", #7814 resolved/closed) is the other substantive fix; the row previously told readers the v4→v5 sync move was still pending.

The GA-bar and header edits are date/framing-only; decision history (#6016, #7721, #8062 references) is preserved verbatim. CI green. Merge decision left to a maintainer (hold label).
