The homepage's Projects letter is scraped from kenneth.dsouza.im/ai at build time (astro-site/src/pages/index.astro). Nothing was telling this repo to rebuild when that list changed, so three projects sat invisible for two weeks until an unrelated push happened to redeploy.

This side: accept a repository_dispatch of type projects-updated, plus a workflow_dispatch button for manual refreshes. The deploy gate flips from event_name == 'push' to event_name != 'pull_request' so both new triggers reach it — the refs/heads/master check still holds, and dispatches always run on the default branch anyway.

Other side: inosaint/ai#new adds the notifier that fires it.

Before this works: a PORTFOLIO_DISPATCH_TOKEN secret on inosaint/ai — a fine-grained PAT scoped to this repo with Contents: read and write.

The homepage's Projects letter is scraped from kenneth.dsouza.im/ai at build
time, so projects added in inosaint/ai stayed invisible here until something
else happened to push master. The last such gap ran two weeks and hid three
projects.

Accept a repository_dispatch (projects-updated) from that repo, plus a
workflow_dispatch button for refreshing by hand. The deploy gate flips from
"is a push" to "is not a pull_request" so both new triggers reach it; the
branch check still keeps it to master, which is where dispatches land anyway.
