Scheduled Results on main failed compiling baggage-spring-boot-starter because the workflow never installed JDK 21. Match local-regression's SHA-pinned Java 21 / PHP 8.3+dom / Go 1.26.8 setup, run the gate on workflow and installer PRs, and record the live failure without closing M17.4.
