Nightly cluster regression skipped Neo4j, and GUI Postman only ran when someone passed --gui-newman. Add a scheduled workflow that starts a live Flask backend for the GUI collection and runs Kind cluster CI with --with-graph. List endpoints now return empty results when kubeconfig is missing so the GUI suite can run without a cluster. Co-authored-by: jmjava <jmjava@gmail.com>
The GUI Newman collection treats a missing stack as not found. The route returned 403 when the name was outside the team allow-list, which failed the live suite. Use 404 for both missing and disallowed stacks. Co-authored-by: jmjava <jmjava@gmail.com>
