Move Newman, Playwright, and Artillery branches out of the embedded Task script so malformed stack-json and each runner's success and failure paths can be exercised without a cluster. Record M17.12 acceptance from static-quality run 35111800721. Co-authored-by: jmjava <jmjava@gmail.com>
