Align the Bases adapter with contract-based discovery: any record whose type implements obsidian.base is a source; no separate scan/include list or fallback source-operation route. The catalog pack opts into base through collection-setup contains/set_add at /settings/record_extensions, preserving md and user-owned seeds. Ordinary record grants/operations remain authoritative.
Read the existing contract/pack and the approved collection-setup carrier decisions. Documentation only. v0.3 fixture structural checker and diff whitespace check PASS. Related #58 removes the broader saved-view source operations; this fixes the adapter discovery contract now.
