Adam Sitnik (@adamsitnik) thanks for this. On NuGet, the Qdrant, Redis, PgVector, Weaviate and SqliteVec connectors are deprecated with their CommunityToolkit.VectorData package as the alternative. Could Microsoft.SemanticKernel.Connectors.Chroma get the same, with CommunityToolkit.VectorData.Chroma? |

Motivation and Context
The Chroma provider has moved to CommunityToolkit/AI. Remove the obsolete Semantic Kernel implementation and direct users to its maintained location.
