不改。仓库徽章口径是 node --test 的 tests 总数（含 skipped），由 scripts/sync-test-badge.mjs 生成——本 PR 各次全量跑均为 1659 = 1658 pass + 1 skipped，--check 校验 0 差异。改成「只数 pass」需要先改脚本与历史基线（基线 1651 同样含 1 skip），属于另一个口径变更 PR 的范畴，不适合在本 PR 里顺手改。如果你认为「passed 应剔除 skipped」是对的口径，欢迎单开 issue 讨论。

蒸馏把会话压成记忆后原文随即消失，于是「这句原文没进任何记忆」永远 不可测。新增两张表把蒸馏从「替换」降级为「叠加索引」（arXiv 2609.36059 §3 Eq.1：与原文并存的旁路索引不丢信息）： - distill_records(session_id, seq, role, text, window_id, distilled_at) 主键 (session_id, seq) 承担幂等——max-runs 门耗尽额度或宿主重启后会 重跑同一 seq 窗口，重跑不产生重复记录。落盘文本不受 distillMaxChars 与 trim() 三刀约束：留存的意义就是整段原文。 - memory_provenance(memory_id, session_id, seq_start, seq_end, created_at) 窗口级归因用 seq 区间而非逐事件外键。到期裁剪只删 distill_records， 链接保留指向空区间（显示「来源已过期」）；删记忆只清链接，记录留住。 隐私：渲染与落盘共用 publicTranscriptParts 单一谓词，只认用户提示、 助手公开 text 块、子会话交付；reasoning 私有推理、插件注入的机器内容、 工具入参与结果、code 输出一律不落盘（工具/code 仍进 LLM 转录）。 开关 opt-in 默认关：distillRecords.enabled / retentionDays（默认 90）， 进 settings 白名单 + NESTED_FLAG_PATHS + LIGHT_MODE_OFF；启动期裁剪挂 llmAudit purge 旁；reclaim dry-run 报告加第三项 distill_records。 回归锁 8 条：幂等重跑、隐私过滤、未截断 vs 渲染截断、裁剪不毁资产、 enabled=false 零写入、白名单校验、lightMode 预设、boot purge、reclaim。
origin/main（#410/#411 回收链）的 api-routes-gaps.test.js:811 把 planned 的 键清单冻结为 [archived_embeddings, dream_run_inputs]；#399 的蒸馏原文到期清理 （src/maintenance.js:103-114）有意把 distill_records 纳入 reclaim 报告——它是 本入口唯一的「真删内容」项，按 distilled_at 到期，有自己的保留期键 distillRecords.retentionDays。两边意图各自成立，按后者演进：扩清单并注明这份 锁防的是「路由层包一层 { report }」，不是冻结回收范围本身。 npm test 1659（1658 pass / 0 fail / 1 skip 原有）；双徽章同步 1659。
retentionDays 只管启动期裁剪；reclaim 不读这个键，与另两个表共用 --older-than（默认 7 天）。同步修正 CONFIGURATION.md、DISTILL.md 与 maintenance.js 注释（原注释「不跟 7 天走」与实现矛盾）。

distill_records/memory_provenance两表（幂等迁移，CREATE TABLE IF NOT EXISTS，无回填）；隐私谓词单份、删除语义两分src/maintenance.js：蒸馏原文记录按distilled_at到期纳入 reclaim 回收面（本入口唯一「真删内容」项，独立保留期键distillRecords.retentionDays，不跟 7 天走）；链接（memory_provenance）不在可清范围——删链接等于假装记忆从没有过出处与 #410 回收链的一处语义冲突（评审重点）

api-routes-gaps.test.js:811把 reclaim 报告planned的键清单冻结为两项；本 PR 有意把distill_records纳入回收面 → 该锁红。按本 PR 意图演进：扩清单为三项，并在锁旁注明它防的是「路由层包一层
