Expose
WeakAttribute.baseas a public mutable property so callers can read and replace the underlyingAnyWeakAttribute. Update the device Swift shims and regenerate the 2021 and 2024 XCFramework Swift interfaces.Verified that external macOS clients can read and write the property and link against both framework releases.
