Description

Supports Discord channel obfuscation.

• Obfuscated channels are left out of /channels.
• Panel and multi-panel saves reject them with "not visible to the bot - grant it the View Channel permission".
• Permission check reports no_access instead of "deleted", and the warning banner shows it.
• Thread-mode panels no longer validate the unused ticket category, and channel-mode panels no longer validate the unused notification channel.
